Mintice squonk mod IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Mintice in San José: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A mintice squonk mod from the flat-rate options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.5 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: mintice in San José works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice squonk mod really costs in San José
We run mintice the same way in San José: same squonk mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Treating the advertised ₡31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.5 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
