Mintice RDA IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Mintice in San José: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What mintice costs in San José
We run mintice the same way in San José: same RDA, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at mintice in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice RDA really costs in San José
The honest read on mintice: 16 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in San José survives.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mintice in a RDA last?
In San José we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡2.89 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
