Mintice nicotine salt bottle IQOS in San José: the price shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Mintice in San José: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What mintice costs in San José
We run mintice the same way in San José: same nicotine salt bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.66 per 10 ml.
How we tested mintice in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mintice in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
