Mintice disposable vape IQOS in San José: the wholesale shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Mintice in San José: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Mintice disposable vape here
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on mintice: 8 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice disposable vape really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mintice in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in San José survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How long does mintice in a disposable vape last?
In San José we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡3.34 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
