Mint 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist
Mint in San José: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
A mint 60 ml bottle from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested mint in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
