Melon zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in San José: the order shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Melon in San José: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Melon is allowed to say
Melon zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Melon sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon zero-nicotine bottle really costs in San José
A melon zero-nicotine bottle from the pre-order options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested melon in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where melon goes wrong
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
