Melon nicotine salt bottle IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Melon in San José: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with melon in Costa Rica
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡3.41 per 10 ml.
Melon nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: melon in San José works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
We run melon the same way in San José: same nicotine salt bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where melon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in San José survives.
