Melon 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Melon in San José: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with melon in Costa Rica
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.03 per 10 ml.
We run melon the same way in San José: same 60 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: melon in San José works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
Melon in San José reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested melon in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where melon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in San José survives.
