Lime squonk mod IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Lime in San José: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Lime squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime squonk mod really costs in San José
If you are looking at lime in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lime in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lime goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in San José survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ₡37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.58 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
