Lime disposable vape IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist
Lime in San José: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What lime costs in San José
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a disposable vape running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on lime: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: lime in San José works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime disposable vape really costs in San José
Lime disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lime in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
