Lime disposable vape IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Lime in San José: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with lime in Costa Rica
Lime in San José reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run lime the same way in San José: same disposable vape, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: lime in San José works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime disposable vape really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lime in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where lime goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a disposable vape that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
