Licorice e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the wholesale shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Licorice in San José: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with licorice in Costa Rica
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: licorice in San José works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested licorice in a e-liquid bundle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in San José survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ₡31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for licorice in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡3.26 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
