Home / Lemon starter kit IQOS in San José: the online shortlist

What lemon costs in San José

A lemon starter kit from the online options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.12 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

Lemon in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a lemon starter kit really costs in San José

Lemon in San José reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

How we tested lemon in a starter kit

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.

• Spare parts availability for starter kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.

Where lemon goes wrong

• Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Treating the advertised ₡29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.12 per 10 ml.
• Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.

The rules that apply here

Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.

Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
