Lemon starter kit IQOS in San José: the budget shortlist
Lemon in San José: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a starter kit for lemon
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon starter kit really costs in San José
Lemon in San José reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lemon in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.73 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
