Honey disposable vape IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Honey in San José: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Honey disposable vape here
A honey disposable vape from the cheapest options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Honey in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a honey disposable vape really costs in San José
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.33 per 10 ml.
How we tested honey in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where honey goes wrong
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long honey in San José survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a disposable vape and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for honey in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is honey legal to sell in Costa Rica?
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a disposable vape.
