Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Herbal in San José: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run herbal the same way in San José: same 30 ml shortfill, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: herbal in San José works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
Herbal in San José reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in San José survives.
- Treating the advertised ₡66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.48 per 10 ml.
