Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Herbal in San José: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Ordering IQOS to San José: the practical version
A herbal 30 ml shortfill from the compared options in Costa Rica costs about ₡1.66 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.66 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
Herbal in San José reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why herbal tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in San José survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
