Graphite zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Graphite in San José: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for graphite
A graphite zero-nicotine bottle from the cheapest options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡3.58 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite zero-nicotine bottle really costs in San José
Graphite zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested graphite in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.58 per 10 ml.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in San José survives.

Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
