Graphite e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the flat shortlist
Graphite in San José: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
A graphite e-liquid bundle from the flat-rate options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: graphite in San José works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
If you are looking at graphite in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested graphite in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.01 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for graphite in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.01 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does graphite in a e-liquid bundle last?
In San José we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
