Graphite 10 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the wholesale shortlist
Graphite in San José: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run graphite the same way in San José: same 10 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: graphite in San José works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 10 ml bottle really costs in San José
A graphite 10 ml bottle from the bulk options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.31 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
