Home / Grapey vape pen IQOS in San José: the online shortlist

Where buyers go wrong with grapey in Costa Rica

The honest read on grapey: 11 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a grapey vape pen really costs in San José

Grapey in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

How we tested grapey in a vape pen

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.

• Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.

Where grapey goes wrong

• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in San José survives.
• Treating the advertised ₡43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.06 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

Packaging for grapey in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
