Grapey squonk mod IQOS in San José: the wholesale shortlist
Grapey in San José: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Grapey in San José reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: grapey in San José works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey squonk mod really costs in San José
The honest read on grapey: 8 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.76 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
