Grapey 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Grapey in San José: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Grapey 30 ml shortfill here
Grapey 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on grapey: 24 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
If you are looking at grapey in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested grapey in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for grapey in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.35 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
