Grapey 100 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Grapey in San José: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Grapey is allowed to say
Grapey 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a 100 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested grapey in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ₡29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.06 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡2.06 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
