Grapey 100 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Grapey in San José: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
Grapey 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: grapey in San José works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.85 per 10 ml.
How we tested grapey in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 100 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest 100 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
