Frozen e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Frozen in San José: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Ordering IQOS to San José: the practical version
A frozen e-liquid bundle from the discounted options in Costa Rica costs about ₡1.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run frozen the same way in San José: same e-liquid bundle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in San José survives.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Treating the advertised ₡29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.7 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
