Frozen e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Frozen in San José: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
A frozen e-liquid bundle from the best options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
Frozen in San José reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested frozen in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Packaging for frozen in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
