Ordering IQOS to San José: the practical version
Fig in San José reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Fig nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: fig in San José works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
If you are looking at fig in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested fig in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where fig goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for fig in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
