Fig e-liquid bundle IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Fig in San José: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Fig e-liquid bundle here
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Fig in a e-liquid bundle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig e-liquid bundle really costs in San José
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested fig in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where fig goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
