Fig 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the order shortlist
Fig in San José: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
Fig in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: fig in San José works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested fig in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where fig goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.89 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in San José survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does fig in a 60 ml bottle last?
In San José we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
