Fig 10 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist
Fig in San José: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
We run fig the same way in San José: same 10 ml bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on fig: 7 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig 10 ml bottle really costs in San José
Fig in San José reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested fig in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
