Dessert zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in San José: the compare shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Dessert in San José: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
Dessert in a zero-nicotine bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert zero-nicotine bottle really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested dessert in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.06 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in San José survives.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How long does dessert in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In San José we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.06 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
