Dessert sub-ohm kit IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Dessert in San José: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on dessert: 16 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A dessert sub-ohm kit from the online options in Costa Rica costs about ₡3.05 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: dessert in San José works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert sub-ohm kit really costs in San José
Dessert in San José reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested dessert in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for dessert in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How long does dessert in a sub-ohm kit last?
In San José we measured 9 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
