Dessert squonk mod IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Dessert in San José: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
We run dessert the same way in San José: same squonk mod, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.8 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert squonk mod really costs in San José
Dessert in San José reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested dessert in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.8 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in San José survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for dessert in Costa Rica must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
