Dessert 60 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the guide shortlist
Dessert in San José: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
A dessert 60 ml bottle from the starter options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Dessert in San José reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert 60 ml bottle really costs in San José
We run dessert the same way in San José: same 60 ml bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested dessert in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does dessert in a 60 ml bottle last?
In San José we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.99 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
