Dessert 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the budget shortlist
Dessert in San José: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
The honest read on dessert: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Dessert in San José reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: dessert in San José works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested dessert in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
