Cream pod kit IQOS in San José: the price shortlist
Cream in San José: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What cream costs in San José
A cream pod kit from the value options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.39 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pod kit really costs in San José
Cream pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised ₡37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.39 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in San José survives.
