Cream nicotine salt bottle IQOS in San José: the review shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Cream in San José: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A cream nicotine salt bottle from the reviewed options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream nicotine salt bottle really costs in San José
Cream nicotine salt bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In San José we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡2.36 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
