Cream in San José: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Delivery, returns and what 4–9 business days really means
We run cream the same way in San José: same mesh tank, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cream in San José works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested cream in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in San José survives.
- Treating the advertised ₡65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.65 per 10 ml.
