How we tested cream in a 60 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised ₡65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.2 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡2.2 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does cream in a 60 ml bottle last?
In San José we measured 7 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
