Cream 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the deals shortlist
Cream in San José: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Cream 30 ml shortfill here
Cream 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡2.77 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
Cream in San José reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised ₡67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.77 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in San José survives.

On the last run in San José: about ₡2.77 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
