Cream 100 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Cream in San José: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Cream 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cream in San José works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream 100 ml bottle really costs in San José
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡1.77 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in San José survives.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
How much does a 100 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡1.77 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
