Cream 10 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Cream in San José: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Cream 10 ml bottle here
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run cream the same way in San José: same 10 ml bottle, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream 10 ml bottle really costs in San José
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested cream in a 10 ml bottle
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.55 per 10 ml.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | ₡38 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | ₡3.55 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Costa Rica allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
