Cola 30 ml shortfill IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Cola in San José: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cola 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola 30 ml shortfill really costs in San José
A cola 30 ml shortfill from the reviewed options in Costa Rica costs about ₡2.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised ₡59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡2.47 per 10 ml.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does cola in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In San José we measured 7 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
