Cola 10 ml bottle IQOS in San José: the online shortlist
Cola in San José: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Cola 10 ml bottle here
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run cola the same way in San José: same 10 ml bottle, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 10 ml bottle you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola 10 ml bottle really costs in San José
The honest read on cola: 6 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- Coil type inside the 10 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Costa Rica accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised ₡50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.37 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
