Coconut box mod IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Coconut in San José: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What the label on Coconut is allowed to say
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Coconut box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut box mod really costs in San José
Coconut in San José reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested coconut in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised ₡49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡1.62 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coconut in San José survives.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coconut the budget price and the premium price can sit within ₡1.62 per 10 ml once 4–9 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked to 4–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
