Citrus disposable vape IQOS in San José: the wholesale shortlist — Iqoscostarica
Citrus in San José: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
How we tested Citrus disposable vape here
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: citrus in San José works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus disposable vape really costs in San José
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In San José that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within ₡3.23 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Costa Rica, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Costa Rica.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in San José survives.
- Treating the advertised ₡42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run ₡3.23 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Costa Rica need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
