Cherry disposable vape IQOS in San José: the cheap shortlist
Cherry in San José: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with cherry in Costa Rica
The honest read on cherry: 20 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cherry in a disposable vape is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long cherry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cherry disposable vape really costs in San José
Most people searching IQOS in Costa Rica are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested cherry in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a cherry bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cherry tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cherry in San José survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
