Blueraspberry refill pack IQOS in San José: the best shortlist
Blueraspberry in San José: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
Where buyers go wrong with blueraspberry in Costa Rica
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at blueraspberry in Costa Rica, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: blueraspberry in San José works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blueraspberry refill pack really costs in San José
Blueraspberry in San José reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested blueraspberry in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Costa Rica, not a suggestion.
Where blueraspberry goes wrong
- Mixing blueraspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
Costa Rica regulates nicotine imports under its health authority. Shipping of nicotine to Costa Rica runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Costa Rica sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Costa Rica?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in San José: about ₡1.92 per 10 ml liquid plus ₡52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does blueraspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the blueraspberry blend itself harsh.
