Blueraspberry pen device IQOS in San José: the review shortlist
Blueraspberry in San José: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Costa Rica.
What blueraspberry costs in San José
Blueraspberry in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In San José the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Ordering into San José usually means waiting 4–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long blueraspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blueraspberry pen device really costs in San José
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Costa Rica. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested blueraspberry in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Costa Rica, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a blueraspberry bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where blueraspberry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blueraspberry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Costa Rica stocks.
The rules that apply here
